The drink pairing: Ginepraio&T
build the base with aroma
PRE-CHILLED THE GLASS AND SQEEZE THE LEMON PEEL. The citrus essential oil will create a nice bouquet all over the surface, perfect for enhancing the volatile aroma of the Ginepraio.

Ginepraio&T: how to serve it
POUR THE GIN ON TOP OF THE CITRUS PEEL.
We really want to get all the lemon essence here, we believe the zest is not just a garnish but a part of the overall flavour profile. It’s a nice touch in front of your guests too !

Ginepraio&T: final step
Adding Ice: as dry as possible! avoid the water on the surface of the cubes by keeping it in the freezer until the very last second.
Last step the tonic water: keep it in the fridge, pour it slowly and choose a high quality brand!
