INFERMENTUM RAISIN BAULETTO (350g)

If you love fruity aromatic bouquets, you have found the taste for you. Our Bauletto all’uvatta is born from the maceration and long rest (about 18 hours) of the raisins in the Recioto della Valpolicella Valpantena Bertani wine, the treasure of our territory. The aroma that pervades our soft leavened product is therefore very aromatic, fruity and with a bouquet that enhances the true flavor of the Italian tradition.

Ingredients
Type 1 soft wheat flour, raisins (21%), butter, pasteurized egg yolks, sugar, Recioto wine, natural sourdough starter (00 soft wheat flour, water), white chocolate (whole milk powder, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, flavorings, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied mandarin paste (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla.

Contains: gluten, lactose, eggs, soy. Produced in a facility that also uses nuts and milk derivatives.
