Its rusticity and welcoming side do not only come from the flour: the harmony between walnuts, apple, raisins and cinnamon is undoubtedly its main ingredient. Thanks to the apple we experience the softness, thanks to the walnuts we feel a crunchy touch, thanks to the raisins we perceive the sweetness, and thanks to the cinnamon we immerse ourselves in the warm scent of home. Whole wheat flour, butter, pasteurized egg yolks, sugar, candied apples (apples, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), raisins, natural yeast from sourdough (00 soft wheat flour, water), walnuts, white chocolate (whole milk powder, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, flavorings, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied mandarin paste (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cinnamon powder, Madagascar bourbon vanilla.
