NIKO ROMITOThe Niko Romito Colomba al Cioccolato is a soft and delicious leavened product, wrapped in notes of citrus and white flowers and enriched with large flakes of chocolate. It has an intense taste and a balanced sweetness. Covered with a crunchy almond praline and raw beet sugar, the Colomba has an artisanal production process of about 60 hours. The three stages of fermentation and the four processes of the dough give this great traditional leavened product a light, soft and perfectly honeycombed consistency.
SELECTED INGREDIENTS
Mother yeast, organic soft wheat flour from Italian agricultural supply chain, organic egg yolk, organic Bourbon vanilla pods, dairy butter, citrus honey, fine Tanzanian chocolate in large irregular flakes distributed evenly in the dough. The addition of a Sicilian organic almond emulsion to the ingredients gives, together with cinnamon and organic lemon essential oils, delicate floral notes and a specific creaminess to the dough. The absence of preservatives and the reduced use of butter in favor of vegetable fats determines an expiration date of 60 days.
