Covered with an almond praline and raw beet sugar, a sweetly crunchy “cap”, the Niko Romito Classic Colomba involves three stages of fermentation and four processes of the dough, an artisanal production process of about 60 hours. A delicious baked dessert, with a creamy, moist and melting paste. To be enjoyed as a dessert at any time of the day.
SELECTED INGREDIENTS
Mother yeast, organic soft wheat flour from Italian agricultural supply chain, organic egg yolk, organic Bourbon vanilla pods, dairy butter, citrus honey, handcrafted candied orange peel and a Sicilian organic almond emulsion which, together with cinnamon and organic lemon essential oils, adds delicate floral and citrus scents to the dough. The absence of preservatives and the reduced use of butter in favor of vegetable fats determines an expiration date of 60 days.
