INFERMENTUMAn innovative dessert for our laboratory: the first with type 1 flour that gives an unmistakable aroma and a rustic scent. The sweet combination of apricots and chocolate is enhanced by the garnish, made with intense cocoa nibs, which balances the flavors to enhance the authenticity of the ingredients.
Ingredients
Type 1 soft wheat flour, candied apricots (16%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, category A egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast from sourdough (00 soft wheat flour, water), dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract) (6%), acacia honey, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), whole milk powder, salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla. For the garnish: cocoa nibs (roasted and crushed cocoa beans), category A egg white.
Without candied citrus peel and raisins.

Contains: gluten, lactose, eggs, soy. Produced in a facility that also uses nuts and milk derivatives.
