It all started here, the first born among the Infermentum sweets. We bake it after 36 hours of processing and natural leavening. Its soft dough gives candied orange only with water and sugar, raisins and the unmistakable scent of Madagascar bourbon vanilla.

Ingredients
00 soft wheat flour, butter, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), raisins, category A egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast from sourdough (00 soft wheat flour, water), acacia honey, candied lemon paste (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), whole milk powder, salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla.
