The Vesuvian apricot is an ancient and delicious fruit. Grown and matured in the sunny Vesuvian area, the volcanic soils give it an intense fragrance, the characteristic orange-yellow color and a particular sweetness and fleshiness of the pulp.
It is one of the finest products of excellence, with a unique and unrepeatable taste. The preparation takes place in an artisanal way, without the addition of additives, dyes and synthetic flavors. A niche product among the finest, which embellishes our table. Excellent for breakfast, as a snack, it is ideal for filling cakes and biscuits. It goes well with cow’s milk cheeses and young pecorino cheeses.

Fruit used: 75g per 100g.
Store in a cool and dry place, after opening keep in the fridge. The product does not contain preservatives and dyes.
