Thanks to the coexistence of the vineyards with the woods, olive trees and gardens planted by man and the composition of the soil, Petrolo constitutes a microcosm with unique conditions, which combine to perfectly balance the different grape varieties.

This great organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained from Frantoio olives, produced in the company’s organically managed olive groves, harvested by hand and pressed within 12 hours of harvesting.
The oil takes its name from Laudemio, a term of medieval origin used to indicate the best part of the harvest, the one destined for the lord. Since the 1980s, only Tuscan extra virgin olive oils that pass the selection of the two very strict commissions of the consortium of the same name can boast the “Laudemio” brand.
