Our Tagliolini are done accord- ing to the original artisanal pas- ta recipe, with 25% eggs and 100% Italian wheat semolina. Tagliolini with summer truffle are laid straight, while hand White truf- fle pasta is nest shaped. Cooking time: 5 minutes, with just a little butter or extra virgin olive oil, to better taste the flavor of the truffle.
