BRAN RICE

Artisanal short pasta, durum wheat semolina rice format produced by Pastificio Gentile with bronze drawing to make the surface of the pasta porous, in order to capture any type of sauce, as well as allowing the pasta to preserve all the main nutrients of the wheat. Known by the typical Neapolitan name ‘o rris’ and semolina, it lends itself to the preparation of Risotto and “brodini”.
