The handmade Fusilli are certainly one of the most famous shapes of Pastificio Gentile, nothing has changed in the preparations after more than four hundred years: the “fusillare” still today twist the tagliatelle around a knitting needle and with a decisive gesture of the forearm create the shape that characterises this format, making each fusillo unique.
