La Bella di Cerignola is the largest olive in the world. Green or black in color, this typical variety from Puglia has won over tables around the globe thanks to its exceptional quality. Its cultivation has always been a significant activity in Cerignola, a town in the province of Foggia in northern Puglia, from which the olive takes its name. In this setting, the Fratepietro farm cultivates these special olives, respecting the seasonal cycles of nature. To preserve their beauty and integrity, the staff handpicks the olives directly from the tree when they have reached the right level of ripeness. Carefully selected, they are then processed and preserved in water and salt, following ancient family recipes.
