VIOLET ARTICHOKES FROM SCHITO

Artichoke is a highly versatile ingredient, used in various preparations, from appetizers to second courses. It has a strong link with the Easter tradition, which normally coincides with the central period of production. In particular, the artichoke roasted in the grill is the symbolic dish of Easter Monday. The whole artichoke is used, placed directly in the embers of a barbecue. When cooked (after about half an hour) it is cleaned of the scorched leaves, seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley, fresh garlic and a drizzle of oil and consumed in combination with traditional sausages: salami and soppressata.

Store in a cool and dry place, after opening keep in the fridge. The product does not contain preservatives and dyes.
