MARCARINOLanghe wood-burning oven created in 1996 by Roberto Marcarino, who for his products chooses raw materials of biological origin, possibly local, and not too refined (type 0 flour of fine cereals ground by the Marino mill, barley malt instead of sugar , whole Guérande sea salt), Apulian extra virgin olive oil, sourdough. The breadsticks in oil are beautiful and tasty. Excellent are those of Senatore Cappelli, grown in southern Italy, a nice artisan breadstick, muscular and tanned dusted with raw flour, crumbly and very crunchy to the touch and bite, all crust of good bread, which smells of salty biscuit, toasted cereals, seasoned oil and well dosed. Perhaps a bit tough and glassy structure for a breadstick with a great personality.
