Only selected Italian pig, cooked wine and smoking, as much as we do. The slightly coarser grain and the natural casing with a larger caliber require aging between 70 and 80 days. And then, an explosion of taste. Store the homemade salami in a cool and dry place, consume within 6 months from the packaging date.
