Amaro Amara, the iconic liqueur of Sicily, reveals a new identity in a limited⁣ edition: Amara Caroni. The bitter notes of the peel of Sicilian IGP blood oranges meet the scents of herbs the aromatic flavors of Etna and are enriched with a 12-month aging in barrels that previously hosted the aging of Caroni Rum, a mythical distillate for enthusiasts and collectors from around the world.

This slow and⁣ patient production process makes Amara Caroni one of a kind liqueur. Inside a lava stone cellar at the foot of Etna, Amara Caroni is enriched with round and velvety aromas released by the wood. The six 190 Liters American oak barrels, thanks to the softness and vanilla tone released by wood, allow the distinctive hints of citrus infused in Amara to reach a unique and sublime taste.
