Sant’Alfio is the outpost par excellence of the Etna DOP cherry. In the Paoli district, at 530 m asl, the best fruits of the Mastrantoni cultivar are selected in June. After a 45-day infusion of their pulp in pure alcohol, this liqueur with an intense aroma is obtained.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, Etna DOP cherry infusion.
