NARDINIRED APERITIF BITTER
A red aperitivo liqueur in the style of a rosso vermouth but based on neutral spirit (rather than wine) infused with bitter and sweet orange, gentian root, quinine, calissaia and vanilla. Some vermouth is blended with the infusion. Traditionally served as an aperitivo with soda and a lemon peel. Beyond the initial spice lies a fruity orange juice and zest, gentian and vegetal aroma akin to putting your nose in a bag of boiled sweet.
