This distillate is the result of the search for the most aromatic apricots. The final choices have been two: the Pellecchiella, an ancient variety from Vesuvio Volcano, Naples and the ancient apricots from Val Venosta. After rattling of the fruit, the fermentation lasts for fifteen days. The result is a complex distillate, with mature fruit, exotic and spicy notes.
