Blood orange aperitivo.

Amaro Amara (x1 bottle): From the best peel of “Red Orange of Sicily PGI” from herbs and water from the sources of Etna blended in a completely handmade, according to a unique and secret recipe. After harvesting, the oranges are selected one by one and washed. We collect the pulp with which we make our Centottanta jam, while the peels are put in alcohol for a certain period. The same procedure is repeated with the selected herbs. Therefore, the two preparations are assembled, adding only water from the Etna sources.

J. Gasco Chinotto (x4 bottles): Chinotto J.GASCO is a soft drink characterized by the full and intense flavor of the chinotto. Rich taste with pleasantly bitter and herbal notes strengthened by the caffeine. Perfect on its own ideal with Rum, Merzcal or Whiskey.

Tasca Regaleali Grappa Chardonnay: Distilled from Chardonnay pomace, a grappa with herbaceous and licorice scents. Harmonious and elegant in structure, it has a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Testa Anchovies fillet in extra virgin olive oil  (120 g):Anchovies of the Mediterranean worked at best by the fishermen themselves. These anchovies are prepared according to artisanal and traditional methods (cleaned, salted and then put in oil) to preserve the extraordinary quality of their meat intact. Anchovies to be presented whole, if you want to use them for a sauce add them only at the end of cooking so as not to melt them.
