Contrada Melia at 1000 meters above sea level is one of the last outposts where the Delizia del Etna apple ripens in March, one of the emblematic species of the volcano’s biodiversity. The liqueur is born from the maceration and infusion of the pulp in alcohol for at least 60 days.
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, delight apple infusion.
Any residues are obtained by infusing the fruit.
