On the nose it immediately brings us back to warm hints of beeswax, lactic notes, the association with honey yogurt is inevitable. On the nose: raspberry, violet and slight citrus hints that leave room for nougat and caramelized almonds. The first sip is full-bodied and invades the palate with buttery sensations, apricot kefir, candied fruit and zabaglione. The complexity increases, with hints of hazelnuts and coconut milk that prepare for a long finish in which memories of amaretto, peach and cocoa close the curtain.
