A large modern red, which we named ‘The rooms’ with the intention of remembering the poet Angelo Ambrogini saying “Poliziano”. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, The Cutting Room is a classic “Bordeaux” to “Tuscan”, which helps us to deal with an international flavor, but without forgetting the value of the territory of Montepulciano and its potential in the production of great ageing wines.
