Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Cold prefermentative maceration for about four days, followed by fermentation in stainless steel and natural cement tanks at a controlled temperature below 26°C for a total of 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in cement.
Tasting notes: A fresh, complex, and fruity nose with balsamic and fleshy notes on the finish. On the palate, it is very vertical, with significant yet silky tannins that are well-integrated, and a pronounced minerality that makes it highly food-friendly.
