CA LA BIONDA AMARONE DOCG (750ml)

The Amarone Classico of Ca’ La Bionda, organic, thanks to the excellent quality of the grapes and the accurate production process still made according to artisanal practices, is a wine of notable structure, elegant, rich and profound. The grapes dry in wooden boxes until December. During these months each grape loses water and undergoes transformations that will give the wine a unique bouquet on both an olfactory and gustatory level. This Amarone ferments in steel and is then aged in oak barrels for 42 months.

Red with a great concentration of aromas of ripe cherry, red fruit, black cherry in alcohol, wild berry jam. On the palate it is enveloping, with a long and persistent aftertaste.
