Alcohol content: 13.50%
Ageing: This Valpolicella is vinified in steel wine vats, at a controlled temperature (Max 25 °C). Aging takes place for 18 months in 30 hectoliter oak barrels. Finally, bottle refinement follows for 6 months before marketing.
