FERLAT SESSANTA CABERNET FRANC 2017 (750ML)

Very intense, deep and impenetrable ruby red color with violet reflections. It has a very rich and complex scent that changes over time; at first there are notes of red and black fruit (fresh and ripe), then the sensations of spices and roasted coffee, licorice and a light roasting explode, with a long aromatic persistence. The taste is refined and elegant, but also very structured; soft, round, enveloping and very long, almost infinite. The tannins, very fine and vibrant, are perfectly smooth and slide in the mouth, giving consistency to the drink. The notes of pulpy berries are repeated with a blackberry in evidence, hints of black pepper and coffee that blend in a very long persistence finish.
