Palari Rosso del Soprano is an IGT Terre Siciliane wine made from Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Nocera, and Galatena grapes, grown as bush vines in Contrada Palari, south of Messina. The wine is vinified in steel tanks, aged in barriques for 18 months, and further refined in the bottle for another 18 months.
In the glass, it shows a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals notes of ripe red fruits, humus, graphite, and warm spices. On the palate, it is soft and well-balanced, with depth and persistent floral and spicy notes.
