Alcoholic fermentation at temperatures that did not exceed 25°C (77°F), then quick aging in stainless steel tank before bottling.⁣

Ruby red color with violet reflexes. Fleshy and fun Primitivo, presenting a gravelly nose with wild strawberries and blackberries poking through that rolls into a palate of more ripe berries with meat drippings and a hint of tobacco leaf. Good acidity, balanced alcohol and flexible tannins.
