SETTELight in colour, it is an explosion of refreshing red fruit. On the palate it is light, fine, flowing.
Produced from 20-year-old vines grown just outside Asti, on soils rich in sand, this is a very pure, convivial and highly drinkable Grignolino. Aged in Tava amphorae for 7 months, it is a red with a pleasant freshness, to be enjoyed at a summer dinner.
Excellent in combination with cured meats and land appetizers, it also goes well with white meats.
