Nizza from the Sette winery is a minimally interventionist wine, a red that seeks to capture the full beauty of the territory it comes from. Sette is a young venture that has converted 6 hectares of Monferrato vineyards to organic and biodynamic farming, reflecting the artisanal and dynamic philosophy of its owners. On the nose, the lively and fresh fruity aromas of Barbera are prominent, with ripe and juicy red and black fruits, complemented by floral and spice notes. On the palate, it is juicy, very fresh yet structured and warm, a rich and vertical wine, perfect with hearty meats.
