SETTENizza di Sette is a red wine made from Barbera grapes, from vines over 75 years old in the highest part of Bricco Nizza. Spontaneous fermentation and almost 40 days of maceration for this complex and fine wine, subsequently refined in large barrels and 16hl amphorae before being bottled.
