Stefano vinifies his Syrah in concrete with a maturation of 24 months in small barrels. The fermentation is spontaneous, with no clarification or filtration. Aromas of red fruit, tobacco, and spices emerge from a complex, full-bodied, and elegant structure, all played out on balance. A top-class wine that can easily stand alongside the great Syrahs of the Rhône.
