The name references the color of the soil, an intriguing black characteristic of volcanic terrain. This is an aromatic, refined, and very balanced wine, with red fruit notes complemented by hints of salinity and aromas of the underbrush. It is very fresh and easy to drink, with subtle tannins that give the sip a more textured and crisp quality.
