TOSCANIVedomare Rosso ferments in stainless steel tanks after two days of cold maceration. After the alcoholic fermentation, it macerates for about thirty days and then matures for twelve months in 1,000-liter Slavonian oak barrels.

Fermentation: Stainless steel, preceded by 2 days of cold maceration
Aging: 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle
