LUNAROSSA “24 LUNE” (750ml)

A special wine, fruit of a territory marked by the influence of the Picentini Mountains and the Gulf of Salerno. A wine produced with pure Fiano grapes, which after a traditional white vinification and a 12-month rest in amphora, is bottled with the must of the following year with the yeasts and a second fermentation is restarted in the bottle. A straw yellow wine with golden reflections, hints of yellow pulp fruit, apricot and mandarin, a tasty and rounded sip closed with a pleasant flavor. To be paired with well-structured fish appetizers, or with raw fish dishes such as tuna tartare or swordfish carpaccio.
