FERLAT RIBOLLA GIALLA 2021 (750ML)

The wine shows beautiful pale lemon colour with some golden reflection. The nose is quite pronounced with acacia flowers, grapefruit, apple and pear with a hint of honey, white pepper and sweet almond sensation. The palate is fresh and savory with high acidity and steely minerality. It is medium-bodied with slightly oily/waxy texture. The fruit flavours are concentrated and the finish is long and lingering with honey, mineral and some green celery/cucumber sensation.

此酒呈漂亮的淺檸檬色並稍帶些金色色調。其香氣頗為突出，帶槐花蜜、西柚、蘋果和梨的香氣，並有少許蜂蜜、白胡椒和甜杏仁的風味。其口感清新，富有滋味，有著高酸度和金屬般的礦物味。其酒體中等，稍帶些油性/蜂蠟的質感。此酒果味頗為集中，餘韻悠長並帶有蜂蜜、礦物和一些西芹/青瓜的味道。
