In the glass the wine has a light straw yellow color. It has a complex and delicate nose.
Delicate notes of fresh white and yellow fruit, a touch of anise and a little brioche and the scent of lava / tuff.
In the mouth the wine is surprisingly full and very mineral with a chalky touch and a touch of smoke but with the fresh acidity typical of Etna.
