FRIULI COLLI ORIENTALI DOP
Old vines that are about 70 years old faced to South-Est, near to the Slovenian border. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, static decantation and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats.
Complex and delicate, of candied fruits, honey, caramel, aromatic and balsamic herbs. Dry, light, plesant and easy drinking, with a good freshness and fruity aromas.
