Decisive and intense, with vegetal notes and mineral hints. It has excellent acidity, great smoothness, and sapidity. Pairs well with vegetable and legume soups, shellfish, raw seafood, white meats, and the most elaborate fish dishes. Serve at 10°C in tulip-shaped glasses.
