PFITSCHER PINOT BIANCO LANGFELD 2020 (750ml)

Made from 100% Pinot Bianco grown at high altitude vineyards from 500-700 m and spent 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. This wine shows shinning pale lemon colour with a slight green reflection. The nose is gentle and delicate showing citrus fruits, yellow flowers, apple and pear with some yeasty, herbal and mineral sensation. On palate, it has medium body and alcohol with a very fine and balanced structure with bright acidity and stony mineral tones lingering in the aftertaste.

以產自500至700米的高海拔葡萄園的100%白比諾葡萄釀制，並於不銹鋼桶中與酒渣陳釀六個月。此酒呈悅目的淺檸檬黃且帶稍許綠色。其酒香溫柔纖細，帶柑橘類水果、黃色花朵、蘋果和梨，以及一些酵母、草本植物和礦物的味道。入口，酒體中等，酒精度適中，酒體架構細緻平衡，亮麗的酸度和石頭礦物味在餘韻中縈繞。
