POJER E SANDRI RIESLING 2021 (750ml)

The wine shows pale lemon colour. It delivers a delicate nose of floral (white blossom), citrus and lime, white peach with a hint of honey sensation. On palate, it is clean and refreshing with high acidity. It carries a signature flinty minerality of wines from Cembra Valley. Such mineral sensation and bitter citrusy flavors accompany the fruitiness of the wine linger on your palate in the aftertaste. At the moment, this wine is still young and has not yet delivered its full potential. With some further bottle ageing, we would expect more complexity of the petrochemical, honey and ginger notes from the wine.
