ADRIATICO AMARETTO CLASSICO (700ml)

Adriatico is a modern amaretto, with a sugar content twice lower than the traditional amaretto on the market. Hand-picked in the Apulian countryside, the almonds are roasted for a long time before being macerated and distilled, then combined with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a hint of coffee. The final pinch of salt, coming from the Margherita di Savoia salt pan, brings that delicate touch that evokes the Adriatic Sea and enhances the flavour. The color is intense amber, with golden mahogany reflections. The nose reveals evident hints of toasted almonds, marzipan and almond butter. On the palate it recalls honey candies, with an aftertaste that refers to bitter almonds, coffee and chocolate.
