The grapes are harvested at the moment of their complete maturation, after destemming and pressing they are subjected to fermentation with intense maceration lasting 30 days with subsequent malolactic fermentation and processing in new French oak barriques.
Organoleptic characteristics
Red color with dark ruby reflections, intense aroma of black berries, blackberries, currants, blueberries. Soft taste, well balanced with an aromatic finish of undergrowth and spices.
