Ruby. The nose is rich and expressive; the hints of red fruits and spicy notes stand out in particular. On the palate it is energetic, incisive and full of satisfaction.

Excellent in combination with land cuisine, it also goes well with roasted white meats.

The Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG by Poliziano is the result of a refined management; the cultivation is parceled out, the mechanical stress on the grapes is reduced to a minimum, no additives are added and, ultimately, the ultimate goal is to have a wine that is as natural as possible. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and then left to rest for another 3 in the bottle, it is a red of great elegance and depth.
