Typical Etna vineyard made up of 99 terraces, here the plants of Nerello Mascalese which given the ventilation, the exposure and the particular altitude, they have a slow ripening cycle, for a harvest period around the first decade of November. The vinification takes place in steel, and follows an aging in 25 hl barrels of Slavonian oak.
