VALLE REALE MONTEPULCIANO VIGNETO DEL CONVENTO 2018 SET OF 2 (750ml)

With the 2018 harvest, phenolic maturity was reached in the vineyard perfect, which made it possible to produce Montepulciano Vigna del Convent of Capestrano for the third time in twenty years (2011, 2015 and 2018). It comes from 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes from the vineyard of Convento, the last cru cut within the vineyards of Capestrano: 4.5 hectares facing south-east, once pertaining to the Convent of S. Francesco (XV century), with a lean soil rich in skeleton, but with a good clay component. Given the peculiar microclimate, this Montepulciano is distinguished by power and concentration compared to others from Valle Reale. The 2018 vintage has a complex structure, flanked by excellent verticality and great elegance.
