VIBERTI MONVIGLIERO BAROLO DOCG 2019 (750ml)

We find ourselves with one of the most excellent Crus of the denomination where Monvigliero is the northernmost vineyard, within the municipality of Verduno, with a very prestigious history due to the cellars that own some parcels. The Viberti winery owns a small part of it which vinifies in purity, with vineyards of an average age of 40 years in excellent southern exposure and permeable soils rich in white sands, the so-called Sant’Agata marls. Selection of the grapes with fermentation and maceration with the cap raised in steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in French oak vats and aging in the same for 24 months before resting for a further 20 months in the bottle. Predominant elegance with citric and floral hints, it is very fresh and immediate, marked acidity and delicate tannins that make it very juicy.
