OLTRETORRENTEColli Tortonesi is undoubtedly the reference terroir for Timorasso, which has found its ideal area here. In 2015 Olteretorrente planted the first vineyard owned by the timorasso facing north and planted in giropoggio. The wine is fresh, taut, with notes of freshness and white flowers which over time tend towards flint.
